Tiago Dale

After working in large groups such as Mövenpick, Mandarin Oriental, Coop and renowned restaurants, Tiago Dale has developed further by passing on his knowledge in various wine bars.

Always fond of novelties, he has developed various wine lists in his role as a consultant, both for traditional restaurants and for restaurants with Asian or Oriental connotations.

In order to perfect his scientific and technical skills, he also followed the course of the Federal Certificate of Sommelier taught by Changins in partnership with the École Hôtelière de Genève after a first training as a catering specialist (CFC).
