Maxence Houzelle

Maxence Houzelle has been passionate about the wine world since a very young age, and it was quite naturally towards the profession of sommelier that he turned to when he had to choose his professional training.

He has made his mark in starred restaurants in France, Italy and Switzerland, notably at the Domaine de Châteauvieux alongside Loïk Tavernier. In order to develop his skills and see another aspect of wine marketing, Maxence has been involved since 2017 in the development of the Groupe Nicolas in French-speaking Switzerland. Wishing to share his passion for wine, he is also developing a parallel consulting activity in which he helps individuals select wines to build their cellars, but also restaurants in the creation of their wine list.
