Heleno Rodrigues Couto Junior is Brazilian and Swiss.

After two years of training at the Geneva Hotel School, he obtained a CFC as a specialist in catering, enabling him to strengthen his knowledge and technique, and subsequently, the Federal Certificate of Sommelier in Changins.

Assistant sommelier at the Senso restaurant, then sommelier at the Baroque Restaurant, he now works in a brasserie where he highlights Genevan wines.

He also participates in competitions such as “The Best Sommelier 2018 Swiss”, “Ruinart Chalenger” and “Master of Port”.
