Wines from Moldova will be the guest of honour at Arvinis for its 23rd year.
Moldova, which boasts a long history of viticulture and viniculture, sits at the crossroads of Europe and Asia, between Ukraine and Romania.
Today its wines are exported to more than 50 countries, throughout Europe, North America and Asia.
The Moldovan National Tourism Office will be offering for tasting the many varied wines of this small independent republic whose total growing area of vineyards is 10 times that of Switzerland’s.
Arvinis, throughout the year
We want to extend your enjoyment of Arvinis, so starting this year we’re offering a series of exclusive events, often in small groups, to let you take the pleasure you get from wine even further.
This year’s programme: a visit to the new barrel room at Frères Dutruy, named Swiss Winery of the Year 2017; a vertical tasting of Dezaley wines; a day in the Land of Cornalin with José Vouillamoz; Salon des Femmes du vin, and more.
Priority for registering and a price reduction is offered to members of Arvinis & Friends.

Re-live Arvinis 2017 through photos
The success of Arvinis has centred around its exhibitors. Since 1996 – some of them have been with us since the beginning – the wine fair has been a key player in efforts to help the public at large learn more about wine. In 2018, nearly 200 exhibitors will take part, welcoming some 20,000 visitors. All of Switzerland’s main wine-producing regions will be there, as well as a large group of wines from 24 countries on five continents.
